Providers, your Analytics are officially up and running! You can now monitor impressions, profile views, favourites, and key engagement metrics directly from your Provider Dashboard.

Impressions

Impressions count towards your provider card views located in the Materia+ Marketplace. Whenever you show up as a search within the marketplace, it counts as an impression.

Profile views

Profile views count towards how many people have visited your provider profile (client portal).

Favourites

Favourites related to how many times a patient has favourited you as a provider.

These insights and more give you a clearer understanding of your reach and visibility, helping you refine your marketing efforts and strengthen your overall business strategy.
