Termination
We reserve the right to disable access and terminate accounts connected to our marketplace for various reasons, including but not limited to:

a. Communication between users
We promote a safe, positive environment for interactions on our Platform and within our Services. Any communication or interaction among users, associates, or representatives must focus on supportive and informative discussions and learning experiences. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or impersonation of any individual;
- Posting or transmitting any content that infringes on rights, is defamatory, obscene, or profane;
- Abusive communication with our representatives or members;
- Creating or transmitting unwanted 'spam';

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION TERMS FOR MATERIA+
MONTH-TO-MONTH
Subscription Terms
Your subscription starts once your initial payment is processed and will automatically renew each month until canceled. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and charge them monthly. We may modify your plan's rate during renewal terms and will notify you of any changes, allowing you the option to cancel.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Account Settings or Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment becomes non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the billing period for that month.
ANNUAL CONTRACT, PREPAID
Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins upon processing of your initial payment, charged as a lump sum for the annual rate plus applicable taxes. Your subscription automatically renews annually until canceled, with the same payment authorizations as above.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription through your Profile Management page or Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll receive a full refund. After 14 days, payments become non-refundable, and your service continues until the end of the contracted term.
