All about how much it costs to join Materia+ and receive bookings

Unlike other online marketplaces that charge substantial fees on each transaction with your customers, we do not impose any fees related to your business. Materia+ operates on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, meaning you pay for the product upfront once every month or year. This charge includes all existing features and products offered to providers by Materia+, along with any forthcoming updates.

At this time, we do not charge providers any additional fees.

 

How and when you’re charged on Materia+

Providers are billed according to the subscription type they choose. If you opt for a monthly subscription, you will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day each month, beginning the day your trial period concludes. If you choose a yearly subscription, you will be charged once a year on the same date annually, starting from the end of your trial period.

 

Frequently asked questions

 

Can I change my subscription plan from monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. To do this, go to My Account > Billing & Subscriptions, click on Change Plan, and choose your preferred plan. Please note that you will not receive a refund when switching from a yearly to a monthly plan unless you make the change within the refund period (14 days from the start of your subscription).

 

Where do I change payment methods?

If you would like to change your payment method, go to My Account > Billing & Subscriptions, click on Edit Payment Method, and then update your payment details.

 

Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?

Providers have a 14-day window after being charged for a subscription cycle to request a refund. You can contact your customer representative or support@materiaplus.com to initiate the refund process.

 

Can I still use Materia+ if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your Materia+ subscription you will no longer be able to have access to any of the product features, and your client portal will be removed from the Materia+ Marketplace. All data associated with the account will be deleted after a period of inactivity.

After cancelling your subscription, you can still access the Billing & Subscriptions page if you choose to re-new your subscription.
