Your client portal is essential when using Materia+. It serves as the platform through which providers connect with both patients and potential clients. In many instances, providers may not have a website, so they rely on their client portal to function as their online presence.

It’s crucial to understand the features available in your client portal and how to maximize its effectiveness for your practice.

 

Displaying Relevant Information on your Client Portal

Your patients and prospective clients depend on your client portal to access the information they need when considering or evaluating you as their provider.

Go to Settings Profile Information to add or modify the following information;

  • Professional title
  • Location of business
  • Name of practice/clinic
  • Affiliations
  • Time zone
  • Certifications
  • Hours of operation

 

Important note: Professional titles must comply with the regulations of the provider’s jurisdiction. Providers who use professional titles in violation of the law are in breach of Materia+ terms and may face suspension or termination from the platform.

Accurate information equates to truthful information, and patients utilizing Materia+ deserve only the truth. It is the responsibility of the provider to consistently keep their information current and correct.
