Broadcasts guidelines

Updated less than a month ago

As a provider on Materia+, you have access to the Broadcast feature, visible on your client portal. This tool allows you to engage more deeply with your loyal patients and provides a means to inform all patients about new or upcoming developments concerning you and your practice.

Guidelines for Broadcasts

Being a medical platform, Materia+ upholds a commitment to professionalism in its content. To maintain a high standard of medical ethics and professionalism, your broadcasts may include:

  • Updates regarding practice-related information.
  • Information about changes or additions to your services, resources, and other content relevant to your client portal.
  • Changes to your availability.
  • Professional updates pertaining to your healthcare career that relate to your practice.
  • Links to podcasts, articles, case studies, or other external resources connected to your practice.

What providers should not broadcast:

  • Personal updates that are unrelated to your role as a provider.
  • Any self-promotional advertising regarding your services.
  • Discounts or pricing incentives related to your services.
  • External links that do not pertain to your role as a healthcare provider.
  • Messages that are inappropriate or violate our community guidelines.

Note: Your broadcasts should be used as an informational tool for your patients rather than a promotional tool for your business.
