Learn how to update your name, phone number, and address on your Materia+ account

Once you log into your account on Materiaplus.com, you will see opportunities to update your profile settings such as your name, phone number, address, and more.
If you’d like to change the name on your account, sign into your Materia+ account, then select My Account and edit the information you want to modify.
Note: The name on your account should be your legal first and last name as listed in your insurance or medical records (not a nickname).
Can I change the email on my account?
Unfortunately, you cannot modify the email associated with your Materia+ account. If you wish to change or update your email, you will need to create a new account using your desired email address.
Please be aware that this restriction on changing or updating your email is temporary. You can revisit this page for future updates.
